The Next Steps

This past week, I wrote my final interview assessment and got feedback on my original work. It made me realize that I need to tweak parts of my original work to properly align with what I envision my original work being.

After conducting all of my three required interviews, I have to ask one of them to be my mentor. One of the major advantages I had was that I got to explore neurology in a clinical and research setting. Since I got my interviews fairly quickly and finished my assessments on them, I have more time to work on my original work and research assessments. Additionally, I have time to process and reflect on my interviews and pick the right person to be my mentor.

I have also realized that I need to dedicate certain days to work on my original work so that I won’t be overwhelmed at the last time. I plan to be done with all my research by November 20th so that I can create my product and add last-minute touches a week before it is actually due. I also have started to annotate my research assessments on the weekend so that I can save time during the week and dedicate it to my original work.

For next week, I look forward to gathering articles that I can read towards my original work and putting it into work in the next couple of weeks. I also need to research the trend of diet-based therapies and how exactly it relates to my original work.
